EMI Boot

Sometimes this will drop into a shell instead of booting actual hosts.

Either manually type "exit" then Boot Maintenance Manager > Boot From File > EFI > Debian > grubx64.efi

or when in the OS finally `cp /boot/efi/EFI/debian/grubx64.efi > /boot/efi/EFI/BOOT/bootx64.efi`
